"I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga with Elizabeth since the summer of 2013. I can't begin to say what an incredibly positive effect it has had on my life. I had a bad left shoulder which bothered me for years, but I have to say it feels over 95% back to normal. In my opinion, the Kundalini exercises have been a big part of that recovery. Overall, I know I am in better shape than when I started. I feel stronger and more confident. Finally, I really appreciate the mental focus that Kundalini has brought into my life.
